Hi, when i enter all servers (99%) load normal but when i try to stand up my internet die and timed out.I tried all but nothing happend.:cry:

I can't help you, but what most people will ask if they want to help you:
- What are your specs (PC)?
- What have you tried so far?
- Since you say that it is your internet that died: is it connected by Wifi or cable? What is your upload and download speed.
- Are there any crash files? If so, please show them (using a data logger).
I don't have any knowledge in this type of field, but I know that some people can use this information to help you.

Windows 7 64 bit- intel core i5 3 ghz - gt 610 - 8 gb ram
I tried removing firewall, restarting router,reinstalling game...
Its connected by wifi,but i tested with cable. 6mb download- 100kb upload
No crash
instead of pressing a key to stand up, try opening up the console (F1) and typing "kill" to suicide and respawn

100 kb/sec upload - it doesn't seems normally. It's very slow. I think, that the problem in it. Check your torrent client.

But the problems started now,two months ago worked normally

Which speed of internet connection did you have 2 month ago? I'm repeat: "100 kb/sec upload - it doesn't seems normally." Have any active torrents uploads at your system? If this is not true - it's seems like a virus at your system, wich overload your upload channel.
You posted that you download speed is 6 mb/sec, your connection is adsl?
Make sure your network card's drivers are up to date. Reboot your router if it's been more than a month since it's been powered off and back on.
so it's not just rust? your internet goes down?
if so, this is a problem with your ISP and or with your network hardware, honestly there's nothing much we can help you with I think. Do what elix suggested above and try to troubleshoot on Google, and if needed call a technician from your Internet provider
100kbp upload is weirdly low, as mentioned, and could be bottlenecking it, regardless of whether it worked a few months ago
also use a cable instead of wifi, as it could be packet loss or instability

Yes,i have adsl and all my life was at same upload speed and its only rust

It's seems like a bad phone line. Or your adsl splitter is broken, or incorrectly plugged or, maybe incorrect configuration of adsl port at dslam on internet provider side. Do you use ANNEX-M mode?

I activated ANNEX-M mode i will try it now
You can enter 1 time (on some servers) but on second time internet goes down
