latest steam update is causing crashing
do you have the fps fix parameters on? If so that is causing it and remove them. You don't need it anymore anyways with the patch. If stil having issues hit f1 and type "grass.on false"

I think I'm having that issue right now. It creates a folder and is asking me to send it to the devs. But I don't know how to send them that. I tried redownloading the game and that didn't fix it. About to try turning steam beta off and see if that works. Thank you man.
So is this a fix for the game closing or the connection issue with new servers?
I have a similar problem where I load up the server and it gets to 'waiting for character' and I still here the ambient sounds, then it crashes and says Rust.exe with and without the FPS Parameters.
