Your question doesn't make sense and is most likely answered in the sticky.
You should have read the faq, your title has something to be desired as well as your content.
The servers are currently offline most likely because the devs are working on something new. If you want to see the game get better, you can give constructive feedback, report bugs and etc. Also, it's an alpha, get used to it.
