I cant open rust at all legacy or New rust, i verified cache. Still nothing, I will click on rust, it will load for a bit then nothing but for some reason it is in the processes and says its running these are my comp specs and stuff.

Have you tried looking at the system event viewer and seeing if anything is crashing it? What OS are you using? Xp,Win7/8/10? By the sounds of the Processor you're on a laptop but it should still be good enough to run the game. Have you installed it to the default location or are you installing it to a another HDD?

Sorry for the delay and thanks for answering but, Im using a Brix gaming pc, Its a little box. im using Win 8 .
Also It will run if i go in the folder in steam and rust the client idk why its weird
