That would spread Account selling and people with access to your account could possibly steal your entire account. But idk maybe it's a planned feature allready

Thanks for making it so basic.
This would generally only serve people who are trying to sell accounts in my eyes, if it's a serious matter I am sure you could go a bit higher up to sort it out but a general option wouldn't be good.
I'm pretty sure you can't do it for 90%+ of any current games.
