I bought Rust about 20 minutes ago, and confirmed it, and im downloading it. But how do I sign in on the website? I go to login and use my email, but what do I use for my password? Or can you just not register anymore?

I think you don't have to register on website anymore cuz you have your Rust on steam and it launches through it. Accounts on website were when the game was still through browser.
