Is it worth it ?

Could not get onto my main server yesterday so i was told to start elsewhere as its always good to have a back up server,
Played all of yesterday on that new server and now i can't get on that either...

Is it worth starting again or is this going to keep happening ?

Edit:Also i find this hard to believe it's only 1% of the playing population with this issue. Roughly 25% of players use forums and i would guess half of that 25% are having this issue.
