Never seen this error before, and no results when I've googled it.
I've tried deleting local files and reinstalling. I've also tried reinstalling AntiCheat.
Any ideas?

gotta ask the obvious, is there a "." at the end of the file name?
what launch parameters do you have set?
Try launching rust from local files as administrator
