Wasn't sure where to put this, so i figured i'd just put it here.
Two times today, i've experienced a bug/glitch of some kind. While out and about gathering resources, the helicopter would come around.
The first video shows how i was 'spotted' inside a previously safe building. The second is a much bigger building i have also hid in before.

Is this some kind of bug or glitch? It hasn't happened before.
Video 1: The Helicopter could just see you through those gaps in the building so it shot at you
Video 2: The Helicopter Could obviously see you in this video
As soon as you see the helicopter, the helicopter can see you, even through the most tiny gap. :)
If it's raining inside then I know enough ;-)
Stop picking buildings to hide in that have holes everywhere
