When ive updated to the experimental branch, my anti-virus seems to think that a dll or something being downloaded from steam is dodgy, its called CoherentUIMobileNet.dll, so just a question im not going to get vac banned from
CoherentUI is the new HTML UI's library. Your AV is throwing a false positive. Tell it to exclude the Rust directory in Steam.
You won't be VAC banned for antivirus detections. If the AV deleted the DLL, verify Rust's file integrity to have it redownload.
