I think the map should have more stuff in it.
Because you see the same thing again and again, I think you should add things like waterfalls,
snow sometimes (or on high mountains)
Or maybe decorations like ruined houses\statues, but it should be a place that you can't build around\on it, or maybe make it a bad place to build a house on.
the map is just a placeholder and will be trashed as soon as the new map arrives.
Yeah, the new one should be coming soon, and I'm sure the resource distribution will be a lot better and there will be a lot more features.
