First ever start talking, do not really know how to speak English perfectly.
But I'll try to explain why I am outraged.
Yesterday, I was playing with my friends Rust on the server:

I started the game normally, I spent about 5 hours playing on the same server.
And while playing, noticed strange actions of other players.
How to kill over 120 meters in the head, giant leaps and other things.
The problem is that I'm sure they were using hack ... and I died over and over again.
And finally, when I was playing today ... I'm surprised by a message:

I am outraged that I was taken along to these unfortunate that destroy the game.
That's why you try to play normally; incredible not updating to remove these wastes from the game and what happens, I'm banned.

You cheated, you got banned. It's REALLY that simple.
So fess up and redeem yourself. You will be unbanned if you just admit it and be honest.
Just like Yams said, you cheated and got banned for it.
Buy the game again and don't cheat next time, you will NOT get unbanned because Valve knows you cheated.

How is it elaborate? It's just plain lazy the story doesn't even remotely make sense. OP doesn't even include any photoshopped images of him talking to valve customer support.
