Spawning Cars

Does this command not work anymore? I keep typing vehicle.spawn but it won't spawn a car.

Don't cars have no usability at all? From what I've read on the wiki, you need to do it in RCon

Even if you could spawn a car the programing/Scripting that causes it to function has been removed quite awhile ago.

The command has been removed, no one can spawn it anymore, afaik.
