So last few days i have been getting an error stating "Local player is being set up multiple times!!" this only occurs within a radius of my base as soon as i enter that area my model will glitch and run on the spot for other players, wheras i can run around and do whatever i want and no one can see me only my model that is back where i entered the radius i feel like this is basically cheating since i can hit people and not be seen and even if they shoot where i am it just goes through my as my model is what must be hit.
Can confirm. Someone on my server is having the same issue.

Reconnecting does not fix this issue.
I get this if a player disconnects while dead. when the player reconnects and respawns, the message "Local player is being set up multiple times!!" appears, and they are trapped half underground.
I am using the Jail and HumanNPC plugins...

Actually, I am still getting the problem. I seem to be able to replicate it by killing the character from the console, and then disconnecting, and reconnecting, and immediately clicking the green respawn button. If I wait 10 seconds or so, I don't see the error.
Possibly there is some background initialization going on while that "you were alive for XX seconds" screen is displayed, which takes longer for connecting clients.
(Though my problem seems different to the one pasted by the OP, it has the same error message)
