Press F1. Also, when you can, upgrade your OS. Support for XP is fading out.
I pressed F1 to see what was happening. The problem I'm asking how to fix is the clock syncing.
try to change the browser or redownload unity
It looks like your windows defender is also having an error, in system tray the exclamation point icon. I've had this happen on a friend's xp laptop when the time and date won't properly sync. Her computer wouldn't sync to time server so I tried setting it to a different one time.nist.gov which worked instead of the microsoft server. Double click the clock and make sure it's the right date, year, etc. Instructions here http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/windows_date_it_overview.mspx?mfr=true Then when that's done try putting this into rust's console (F1): /do reclock

didn't work
Your windows version seems to be a bit outdated?
If you can run Rust it means you must have at least 3GB ram, no? Soo, why not gang bang an W7 x64 in that PC? You will notice the speed. I have tested an 2005 laptop with 2GB ram wth W7 x64 and he was running more quick then with is old XP lol
Wait, people still use Windows XP? Oh my goodness! Look at that CPU usage. I'm not sure how to help you, so I'm just going to laugh at your amazing OS.
Well yeah, Windows xp can't handle some of the Rusts development / program and scripts, Sicne it is not supported, Try to buy or update your computer for free to windows 7 and it will solve many problems for you.
