• Good pc running on low fps

I have a fairly decent desktop that can run games like gta at almost max settings and get 60 fps.... When I launch rust I have to launch in 1280x720 because if I don't I cannot get more than 20 fps. I have video settings on 0 and all the other settings very low as well. I have bumped up the priority of rust using task manager to no avail. I have tried launching in Windows but then I run at 5 fps, I have also tried reseting pc completely but this was also a waste of time. I have tried other things also but I am very frustrated, even now with 1500 hrs I have a Radeon, but it's a pretty good one, and it's annoying seeing my frames being barely legal.

There have been issues of Rust using your processor and ignoring your default GPU. There's an easy fix if you google the problem. This may not be what you are experiencing
