Game freezes at the facepunch symbol then crashes

Well as the tital says my game freezes then crashes at the Facepunch symbal lol but here is my pc specs:

-Processor-
Name : Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 450 @ 2.20GHz

-Memory-
Total Memory : 2015988 kB

Idk what you need to know lol so please help
