Critic: Lack of Communication of the Dev's

I really enjoy the Game, but the all the Server Downs etc. really annoying yes i know it's a Alpha but most People did spend many money on this Game so i think i can say that i want some more Support and Communication of the Dev's.

I dont want exact eta's but i want something like "We have some small Problems Server's should be up soon" or "Some Critical Errors it will take some Time".

AND I want same Support for EU Servers as for US Servers. Maybe im wrong then im Sorry but i feel US Server are way faster restartet etc then EU Server.

If you pay for a "game" thats in alpha stage, you should totally expect this happening.
I do agree that it should be more info about the downtime from the devs. But hey, they are still working at it :)

They already said that they were having instability, what more do you want? A crash log for every time the server crashes?

but the crashing has been happening since the wipe which was Friday i think and helk has just put up a news 1 hour ago telling us what we already know Fifa does it on the ultimate team they post when the servers are gonna be down and how long for, yeah Fifa is bigger but Garry is the creator and his last game just recently sold 3 million copies at 6.99 so that's nearly 21 million pound and his team are very late in delivering the news that we already know and the way everyone goes on about the lag and stuff cant afford better servers ? or even to hire more people or better equipment to getting things done quicker ? ill probs get banned for this !

yes because routine server maintenance is totally comparable to unknown issues with a patch...
