I'm not sure if this can happen with other equip-able items but it happened to me with a syringe, couldn't get it to go away other than by relaunching the client.
Lol 4 arms like the Dr. from spiderman.
yeah used to happen randomly with the other weapons. some people ended up with like 4 sets of arms:) thought it had been fixed, but must have been reintroduced with the syringe set ;D
