Rust dont Work after 2x Update

Hi guys
-Before im play Rust working perfectly without problems/errors.
-When im 1 week stop playing Rust.

-What im try:
-Reinstall + (From Steam Folder)
-Run As Administrator (Rust,Steam,EasyAnticheat)

-Whats the problem:

When im launch Rust from Steam

When im launch Rust from Rust Folder (Running normally) - When launch and connect on anyone Server say EAC:Disconnected (Something like that)¨)

-Im want help please its now 3 Weeks.
