When I got Rust, I registered for an account, but it did not work... any suggestions?

same here and still didn't get an account in my email. any ideas what to do
Make sure you know what email you registered with. I'm 75% drunk most times I play games, and I was able to figure things out. And I'm old.
You should be able to figure it out.
