Sleeper and PvP config on server

Hey everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i've been trying to figure out how to turn both PvP damage and sleeper mode to false in the server.cfg.

If anyone does know of the command, what is it?

have not had a chance to test the sleeper but was told to use
sleeper.on false

and for the pvp
server.pvp false

also if you know, i was told we have the ability to bank people. do you know how to do that ?
