How long does a dead body stay dead until it disappears along with everything in the body. And what is the time for dropped items to de spawn

Bodies are not an hour... Bodies disappear in 180 seconds as well.. Which is way too short and needs to be longer.
Pretty sure it depends on various things, such as tier of item dropped. 'Very Rare' items at least seem to stay for far longer than say some metal fragments.
As for bodies, I have had some strange situations where multiple people have died in an area around the same time, but some bodies stay behind much longer than others. Not sure if clothes/armor equipped or gear have anything to do with it?
