Rust(not legacy) lagging much on main menu screen. In game aswell.

So as subject says, Rust lagging. Here is my MSI GE70 2PE Apache Pro configure:
GeForce GTX860M 2Gb
Intel Core i7-4710HQ CPU @2,50 GHz
8Gb RAM
Last Geforce drivers updated.
Fonts on loading screen goes like this
