Is there a way to find back our base?

Beeen searching for hours but no luck///

I died because after I killed a woof,and I relogin,I someone spawned in other places with new fresh inventory.I had no bed either/

I think I was bleeding when I left,not so sure,is that why?

You keep searching, eventually you will learn the map only took me a few days.
