Bullet travel time & wounded

Bullet travel time is to slow.
and wounded is a dumb feature. If someone goes down they should stay down and not be able to get revived by a teammate.

Use HV ammo for faster bullets. Downed is a great mechanic. Just shoot them when they're down and that's all.
