Since Rust now costs $20 I decided to buy it. Then I noticed VAT.
As far as I know, VAT applies only to goods over 22 Euros. But Rust costs $20 now, that's approximately 15 Euros. I understand why it was there before, the game cost much more, but I believe it's not necessary any more.
