gettign the same thing. server wont load, stuck on connecting screen. I use HFB, stopped server, saved data, did steam update adn updated to oxide 13.1, added option to turn on cheatpunch. also tried later without cheatpunch. no dice.

There was a small subsequent update that fixed that issue for my server. It was both client (around 8pm CST I think) and server-side. Try running another Rust update and see if that works for you.

cause found. I use Oxide. I should not have done the Steam update yet and this is my own fault, not Facepunch's.
