How do I make my friends admin? - Rust

I have admin on my server and I want to give my friend admin, I want to know how to do so. Please let me know how.

give them the rcon.login password

No, I don't want them to control everything, I only want them to have certain commands.

No such thing yet that I am aware of. It's either all commands or none :/
