Before you start reading I want to make it clear, THIS IS NOT GAME LAG
The game runs fine and connection is just below flawless but whenever I go near a Rad town that another player is near all the mobs and players
freeze and I cant change weapons or heal myself. This only happens when another player is in the area and works fine when I go there alone. Furthermore
this has only happened recently and used to work fine. I'm the only one on the server reporting this, anyone encountered this before?
