Rust Server Command "crafting.timescale" vague information

I have a server and I want to make the server half craft. But I have looking at the Rust Wiki page and it's quite vague and doesn't have any examples. Perhaps does anybody know how to make the server Half-Craft? It it a command line or in the config.

And I apologize if I post this in the wrong section and thanks for taking the time and responding.

I am sorry to bump this, but I would like to know examples to know to get this serrver I have to half-craft. It's so vague, all it says is: crafting.timescale "amount" which is quite vague.

It can be used as an rcon command which will change it to what you want or can be put in the server config file and will apply every time the server is rebooted.

crafting.timescale "amount" - I believe the "amount" is a percentage or a multiplier. So half-crafting would be crafting.timescale 50 or crafting.timescale 0.5
