I think im just unlucky, there is a metal pillar in the game? :) if so, i need to kill more zombies ;)
I can't even find any metal parts.....Any specific place that they spawn?
Southern area of the map, farm zombies, farm zombies and farm more zombies, that's how you'll get them.
Yup, had 2 drops from zombies and included all the metal parts apart form metal pillar :(
More zombie killing needed :)
ive found the metal pillar twice today from zombies when I was looking before it was rare. A friendly dude allowed me to research it

whenever i go looking for blueprints or drops such as these i tend to go naked. :)
So do I. But when farming for metal blueprints you need to gear upp with ammo
I spent hours farming zombies and they droppes. No joke....within 5 seconds some coward kills me from behind....bah

You can't make C4, Only lootable already crafted.

C4 is crafted from 1 flare and 15 explosives, last time I checked.
yes, c4 is just explosive charges isnt it?
Yeah. All I need is to know how to craft explosives for it.
ok well, where can we meet? if you have some shotgun cartridges or other ammo im willing to swop for a piece of explosives (and your word you wont blow up my mansion? :P)
although, do you have kevlar vest and helmet i could learn? :)
I'll be happy to give you some ammo, but unfortunately I can't craft kevlar vests or helmets, only boots. I do have a few extra rad suit helmets and boots though if you want those too. I swear to God I won't blow up your base. How could I anyways given that I don't have C4? :v:
I am by Resource Valley if you know where that is, south of the pass that leads to the northern valley that is bounded by the large mountain. There is a radtown directly south of me. The area I am near is labeled "Desolate Plain" on this map.

I find that you seem to get the blueprints of items that you've already found and researched more than anything else. I literally spent 2-3 hours doing rad zone runs and killing zombies before finding metal door bp's on a server once.
After they were researched... I suddenly started finding copious amounts of metal door bp's.
Same here, after I research something the blueprint drops become very common. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug.
