On two occasions people in our group on teamspeak were banned wrongfully. We were told these were 5 hour bans so we strugged it off. Come to find out his morning that we are still banned. We haven't used any speed hacks. Its me and tedrock in the group who are banned. We are part of that large compound by the hangar. These are most definitely false positives. Where we are banned, but Aftokinito, the speed hacker and long range exploiter isn't?

MattSmith you did the chat spam thing as well. Maybe it did result in a ban, but I don't think it should. The reason we have the alpha is to test it out, and we found a bug which they fixed so we should be rewarded or at least unbanned.

I get that you're mad, i would be too. However this is an alpha, and you didn't pay for it so they really don't have a reason to unban you at all. Shit happens all you can do is hope they sort it out eventually otherwise you'll just have to deal with it.

that is completely irrelevant. How would you know that they actually contributed a LOT (not saying that they did ) to Alpha, and do not deserve to just "deal with it"

Sir, you've replied the same generic reply the others two did, please, don't waste bandwidth.
However, a false ban is a reason to be unbanned, no matter what the cause, or state of game.

Well atleast i elaborated a bit more than just ''Deal with it.'' Other than that i can understand what you mean, however with the handfull of devs this game has, i'd think they're a bit busy with updating the game and improving it to check if every single ban was justified.

But you must understand the frustration. Getting randomly banned and you get no information on why it happened while people still run around and hack. Imagine if someone recently got a key, lurking the forums for a week. They get on and play for an hour then they get banned. If the anti cheat system is banning players randomly, then it needs to be looked at asap.

This is something that they implemented, hence part of the game, has to be tested, and fixed.

They unbanned what they thought were false-positives by the way, including the original poster.
