How do you find the coordinates of your location? - Rust

I was wondering how I can find the coordinates of my location on Rust so I can teleport to and from my house.

You Don't I'm sorry but there's no in game Navigation system, how ever there is a fan made map on the internet [url]https://rustmap.net/[/url]

some server have plugins that will give you your position but most server don't have those.
