Admins on official servers. Can we please have them?

I want to know if there is any way possible to have admins on the offical servers because there are a lot of dupers and alot of aimbotting hackers. Eastcoast one is full of them. But the only problem is that who do you guys choose to have that sorta power. we can have abuive admins online. we need people that we can trust. If that is not at all possible is there a way to give us a list with all the people in the server? so taht we may go to there account and report them? thank you very much.
