First of all is it possible to set a macro to syringe me if I press the macro, someone told me about this and I was just curios how you would do it.

Not sure why you would need a macro to use a syringe. Possibly the least creative way to use a macro on Rust.

In the middle of a battle it would probably help a lot I could imagine as you just press one button and its already done

You would still have to go through the mechanics and animations of doing so at least on bandages.On some things Macros make sense. Now Med kits...thats a one and done thing
