I try to reset my Server by delete "serverdata" folder at my ftp-server.
It was just a try because i have never done this before and I hope you can help me out with it?
Any tips?

I'm not sure of your folder structure but basically you need to delete the rust_world.sav file to clear all the buildings and the userdata folder to wipe everyones recipes and inventories. You can delete 1 or both of these without affecting the other

Can't find any "Rust_world.sav" file.
But i have allot of "rust_island_2013.sav" files. Numbered from 1 up to 9.

Penta: That is your save file. Delete it to wipe the server clean along with the other 9 saves. That should ensure it's a full wipe. I'm not certain about players' inventory though. If you want to get technical, just delete all the player data as well.
