For some reason I have lag on this game I was wondering that is the best ways to reduce the lags what can do to reduce all the stuff to make the game run smoother for me?

Download the live developer branch on steam, it gets updated before the regular game and it increased my FPS a lot. Right click Rust in your steam games list, go to properties, beta tab, select developer branch and let it download.
