I have googled the issue and it seems to be fairly rare, however no thread I can find has a solution posted.
Make sure you've done your Windows updates.

Your Windows Certificate Store is out of date and thus unable to verify EasyAntiCheat's code signing certificate. Are you on a Windows 10 preview version or such?
started as a 10 pro preview, now activated.
i might format and see if it clears.
