Can we buy Rust Keys with regular credit card Paymeny rather than PayPal?

i already have a Rust Account but my friend wants one and he dosent have a credit card and my PayPal i restricted so i cant buy for him so is there any other way of payment like buying games from steam with a credit card only and no PayPal.?
