I have not logged into this game for a couple days and i decided to jump on and it says Your Connection is Banned etc... What do i do? Is this a glitch of some sort?
Welcome to the brotherhood. You don't play for a few days? BANNED.
Hopefully they will fix it. Recent update said: - unbanned users which may have been banned for false detection but I doubt that every false detection were unbanned.

Well when will we know if they are actually doing it ? because ive been in this since early alpha when it was open and now im getting banned for no reason? pretty ridiculous
