Server commands beyond http://playrustwiki.com/wiki/Server_Commands?

Howdy,

I am trying to setup as much as I can in my server config without using mods, I like RustPP and I am wondering if the commands that rustpp is using are available in rust server without the mods?

example if I want to setup a set of console messages that get displayed every 5 minutes or if I want to list the players online.

OR is Rustpp actually hooked into the server services layer or what ever the server exposes.

The commands listed on the wiki page are Rust commands. What the RustPP server is most likely using is a server mod that displays messages at intervals. This could be done with Oxide + the AutoMessage plugin: [url]http://forum.rustoxide.com/resources/automessage.21/[/url]

you can't use those features without using mods.
