Can't connect/list servers: BitDefender / EAC issue?

Hi,

My friend (windows user) can't list or connect to servers (it happens with War of the Vikings too)
Is it an issue between BitDefender and EAC? How do we fix it?

m8 you need to open bit defender then on the firewall window click manage change network connections to trusted and stealth off.
then refresh servers
