What service are you renting from them? I am renting an altis life server and the status for the server is "Unknown" and i cant start or stop the server.
My server's been down for three weeks and they're just flat out ignoring my tickets now.

They dont give refunds even tho they charged you twice for the same product. They are officially the worst server hosts ever.
