Well i don't see why you think this is dumb? a guy with 1k viewers showing off Rust. dosent seem that bad....
Rust doesn't need popularity right now, it's in Alpha. Being popular doesn't give you anymore of a chance than anyone else.
Well i posted a message to craptasket so we will see, i would love to watch summit show off RUST and see how he will work out in this game.
Honestly we'd all like to show how well we'd play this game.
Why would I join an alpha? to find errors, important mistakes need to be found and reported back with your input and maybe even ideas of a solution, being in a lot of alpha tests you don't get to play till its in Open beta, even then your still testing, if your a tester that is..
p.s.
A lot of people just don't understand what alpha testing is, all they want to do is play it as their game and not really help at all with anything they see just complain, then all of sudden they drift off into the sunset..never to be seen again.
