can a laptop with integrated graphics run rust - Rust

hello my friend has a Radeon HD 7520G and hes not sure if he can run it because of some people saying integrated graphics cannot run rust.

I have an intel hd 3000 and it works. Just really slow.

any word on this gpu or whatever its called

It would be quite painful with a 7520
