I think it is like a thing where the admins put cars in, but it really isnt in the game Rust

Rust has had cars for months (this car [url]https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/10[/url]). Developers have to spawn them - but they did change the skin a bit ago.
Also they blow up now, although it didn't really seem to work for me (I blew up a car, wheels spewed out, but the person kept on driving)
