Hello, I just bought rust and I opened it and there are these crazy graphical errors. I know it's alpha and all but does this happen to everyone? Is there a fix? If so please reply and thanks!

Looks around a little, the solution is in the thread right above yours, as well as a couple others.
You need to force Rust to use DX9 I believe but I don't remember the syntax.
Try -force-d3d9 in the launch options. Right click on rust, properties, set launch options. See if that works.
