Crashing! 5-10 Minutes During Game Play! "RustClient.exe Has Stopped Working!"

Processor: AMD A6-5400k APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.60 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon 7750 HD Ghost
Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit

This has been happening for the past month, I've tried everything on the forum.
Im not able to use in-game chat or "Paint signs" without game crashing. Im usually able to play a good 5-10 Minutes before the game freezes and crashes itself. (Task manager to exit out the program) Idk if it has to do with using the same IP? (I have a brother who lives with me and is under the same IP so maybe that could be the case?) I just need help. If someone is willing too, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks! - Jake
