This generates a random string, it is not a valid key.
It also does more, it downloads jusched.exe from the web, renames it client.exe, puts in "C:/ProgramData" and then finally runs it. jusched.exe is the name of the java updater, this however is definitely not the java updater. Various virus detection databases flag this as a trojan. I can also guarantee this is a trojan from looking at the disassembly.
